DC Health Tobacco Cessation Initiatives: Opportunities for Alignment with Chronic Disease Management Activities
The session will provide basics on best practices for referring patients to tobacco cessation services, speak to the launch of the new and improved Quitline that has expanded services, and talk about ways to incorporate EBIs into clinic referral processes. The session will explore aligning some tobacco cessation initiatives (education and enrollment) into our work.
