Topic: Accreditation of Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) and an Introduction to the Pharmacy Wellness Hub

  • This session aids participants in identifying the necessary steps to register their accredited DSMES service, promoting enrollment and retention, and providing an overview of Medicare DSMES billing and coding basics. Participants also receive an overview of the Pharmacy Wellness Hub including a brief history, the technology platform, and establishing partnerships.
