Virtual Care: Best Practices for Patient Engagement

This webinar on best practices for engaging patients in the virtual care environment and is the second in a series of programs supporting practice efforts to reduce barriers to care. The program describes multiple strategies to help engage patient in virtual care through engagement of a digital community health role, addressing tech issues, virtual care hesitancy and access to technology. The presentation also touched on how to engage the entire care team in virtual care workflows which can foster quality improvement, team and patient communication and enhance transitions of care to address patient needs.
